The hotel's location is perfect for those who want easy access to transportation options. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing late checkout and extra water bottles. The location was also great, just a few minutes' walk from the Asoke BTS station at Sukhumvit.
There were a couple of minor issues. The microwave plate didn't spin, and the hair dryer left much to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay at Citadines on Sukhumvit 16. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Terminal 21 shopping center and the Asok BTS station. The hotel offered all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen area in our spacious and clean room. The free wifi was reliable, and the friendly service from the front desk made us feel welcome. I highly recommend Citadines for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, such as the MRT and BTS. It was also close to shopping centers like Terminal 21, where we enjoyed a day of shopping. we found a Foodland supermarket nearby, convenient for getting affordable meals. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to provide really good service. We were impressed with their attentiveness and willingness to assist us.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! It is located in the prime area near a popular shopping center and BTS stations, making it an ideal location for tourists. We appreciated the great service provided by the staff who were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The facilities were top-notch, with wonderful amenities like swimming pool, free shuttle service, fitness center, and more.

Perfect location near MRT and BTS, with a 7-11 on the corner. Well-equipped kitchen and clean rooms. Hotel provides washer and dryer with token purchase option. Accommodating staff, delicious and filling breakfast. Ideal for long trips.
